Last year at this time, I weighed 20 pounds more. I’ve been trying to reach my desired weight for a while now. Although I haven’t quite reached my goal yet, I’m getting close, and I’m feeling pretty damn good about myself. I felt so good, in fact, that I secretly wished someone would gift me a boudoir photo shoot for my upcoming birthday, just for fun!
Out of nowhere, a Facebook ad appeared, and lo and behold, a boudoir company was offering a free session. It’s important to note that I hadn’t searched for this service or mentioned my desire out loud. It was all just thoughts in my mind. So naturally, I took it as a sign, right?!
Feeling confident that the universe was granting my wish, I entered the contest fully believing I would win. Over the following days, the company contacted me a few times to provide updates on the drawing. When I finally received the email announcing “You won,” I was so happy I didn’t know what to do with myself. I’m still taken aback how everything unfolded.
So here’s a friendly reminder: Not only is there power in your tongue but there is power in your thoughts. Be mindful of them. Also, have confidence bringing forth your desires. You truly possess the ability to shape the world you aspire to live in🤗.
Now let me work on receiving this “gifted” birthday tattoo😆.
